There are several bins from 359 church road that so not having adequate storage space and therefore are left in front of 359b church road. They are often overflowing and left strewn across the front of our building causing rubbish and smells. Combined with this are two industrial size bins that have been dumped there for several months and unconnected to 359b Parkside apartments. It looks an absolute eyesore in front of the buiilding and also concerned about the risk of fire if deliberately set a light.

The bins from 359 church road do jot have adequate storage space and therefore all left outside my building, Parkside aprtments 359b Church road. I am not only concerned about the eyesore this creates, but also constant litter and mess strewn across the front of my apartment, risk of fire and infestation of rodents due to the state these bins are often left. There are also two industrial bins that have also been left outside 359b Church Road which are not connected to Parkside apartments but have been stored or dumped right outside the building for several months. The front of 359b Parkside apartments looks absolutely awful with six large bins often left from 359 church road. This issue has been consistant for the past 18 months and I need a solution to bin storage that doesn't impact 359b Church Road and the industrial bins removed as have nothing to do with this apartment.
