Still blocking the public path between Dutton and Whittock road. Making the path very dark and dangerous to walk down. 21/10/2016. Still not fixed!

This has not been fixed! I walked down there this morning at 6.45am in pitch black ( As hedges blocking light) And got soaking wet as you have to push past the hedges to use the footpath?????? As this is a public through fare this is now dangerous. This is at the top of the lane (Whittock Road end) . One side is nearly completely blocked by the hedge the other is overhanging the other side. As very dark you slip on leaves etc which have fallen as you cannot see the path. This is now urgent.
