Hedge growth over pavement

Over a considerable length of pavement the tree growth is encroaching to such an extent that two pedestrians cannot pass each other without stepping into the road. Previously reported in January. You replied: We have sent an enforcement letter to request that the land owner takes action on the issue raised. If the matter remains unresolved 28 days from the date of this update, please let us know via a new enquiry on Fix My Street so that we can consider whether further action is required. The problem remains. No action has been taken and the problem is getting worse.
