The owner of this vehicle has failed to tax their car and is continuing to use it and avoiding detection by parking on my private land.

As above, I have left notices on the vehicle not to park on my land and the owner continues to use it on public roads. I took the attached photos approximately 20 minutes ago and the engine was still warm, which indicates the vehicle is being driven around Bristol whilst untaxed.
