Dangerous dip in tarmac surface

Reported via desktop in the Depression in road category by David Partington at 12:28, Friday 6 March 2026

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9058354.

At the entrance/exit to Bristol Manor Farm there is a significant dip in the tarmac level. This has been previously reported under ref 8675353 as dangerous to cyclists. On 04/03/26 it actually caused me to crash. I was thrown over the handlebars of my bike and hit the road at 30kph+, causing significant bruising and some ligament damage. I spent 5 hours in A&E yesterday. Thankfully nothing broken, but I am in significant pain and cannot ride my bike for several weeks now. AS previously reported, it is under the shadow of trees, so caught me completely unawares. PLEASE fix this before it causes further injury to cyclists, or potential accidents for other vehicles.
