Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.

Reported Friday 6th March. Saturday 14th March the mattress is still by the bins. You aim to remove fly-tipping within 3 days. How come you can't do it in my street after 8 days? This is unacceptable. You need to do something to change the system. Fly-tipping is attracted to these large communal bins as if there presence allows it.
