Updates

  • A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

  • The off-street parking space has no boundary drainage, and the surface apprears to be non-porous. I understand Planning Permission is required, as the property (158 Coldharbour Rd) is divided into flats. There is no planning application. Another 2 properties in Halsbury Road have recently converted front gardens into parking spaces, with non-porous surfacing and no boundary drainage.
