Oil Leakage into River

There appears to be something leaking or bleeding oil/fuel into the river at this location. It was continually active on Saturday 7th March, and had stopped by Monday 9th March. Presumably it is a scooter or moped that may have been dumped in the river and is leaking fuel. There are regularly lots of waterfowl in this area so the leakage is a concern to them.
