Bristol City Council you really are a shambles. This has been reported on multiple occasions. Today I have received an email to say that you have fixed the problem, that it has been resolved! Absolutely nothing has been cleared. It is an absolute disgrace that you have suggested that this has been completed. I'm not sure if it's the council is completely incompetent or if it's just pure laziness. This needs to be cleared, it is your property. Sort it.
