"Keep Clear" needs to be reinstated

Reported in the Road Signage category anonymously at 15:47, Sat 8 October 2016

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

Howard Avenue is split in to two sections will bollards that prevent motor vehicles from driving the full length of Howard Avenue. The intention is that cyclists can cycle the full length, and also that emergency vehicles (with key to bollards) can travel full length. The "Keep Clear" markings both sides of the bollards are no longer in place, so vehicles are parking blocking the emergency access. So, the "Keep Clear" markings need to be reinstated.
