Very loose drain cover each time a vehicle hits it rattles loudly and visibly moves around in its frame, concerned it may collapse What three words location is names.agree.full

  • I didn't make the initial report, but it seems to be getting worse. The frame as well as the cover are loose. If this collapses it will cause an accident. This is on a main route for ambulances as well as HGVs etc.
