Rainwater run-off gullies on Both sides of Hollybush lane footpath are filled with soil

It was great to see the footpath being leaf-blown last summer. Thank you. But this did not clear the soil, debris (and plants now growing in that soil) which has accumulated, over many years, in the rainwater gullies on both sides of Hollybush Lane path, all the way from the back entrance of the Botanic Garden down to the junction with the western end of Ormerod Road (where the drains are also blocked). As you can see in the photographs, the gully is clear or partially clear in small sections , but is quite lost and invisible along most of its length. When it is cleared, rainwater can then follow its correct path down to the drains at the bottom (which will both need to be cleared at the same time), thus avoiding flooding the path itself, and washing leaves out over the path.
