Health issue and hazards

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9143845.

At the top of the Boston Road, the black pins are full and at the top of the pin more than five plastic bag full with food, nappies, broken glasses, and much more of horrible items. All this rubbish bring the foxes at night and birds at the daytime. At the morning the contants spreading all over road causing serious hazards and horrible smile, broken glasses damaged cars tyres and prevent the public to pass through. Please asking for immediate response to this an awful problem as this is happening so often and we thought it could never happen again, but unfortunately keep same issue every week and we feel being ignored.
