Two large full wheelie-bins at Observatory, Clifton

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

Extra wheelie-bins were placed by the Clifton Observatory for the August Balloon Festival. They are now overflowing.

Please arrange for them to be taken away from this area where hundreds of foreign tourists visit each week. Thanks.
