Slabs lifted and hit residents knee

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9169755.

There are broken slabs outside the area of no.10, the slabs have lifted, when one person stood on the front the other end lifted completely, there are other slabs along the length of the road that are broken and require repair, please can you arrange for these to be reset or replaced with tarmac, as very busy well used pavement. Many Thanks
