There is a complete building renovation going on

Fencing hanging off and a danger to traffic/ pedestrians should there be any high winds - the building site is completely open to the public and a risk to the public. Masonry is being chucked from the first floor window onto the ground below etc and no seurity fence around the site. Also a toddler was spotted on the site by the digger.
