2 x bikes & wooden board

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9193592.

There are 2 x bikes locked to the railing on the riverside of Coro Rd. Been there over 2 years, weeds growing through them so def abandoned. Opposite number 145. In additon there is now a wooden board partly across the pavement, same side of road, opposite number 143, looks like it's fallen off a skip.
