Drain is blocked

I have cleared all the recently fallen leaves but the drain at the top of Pitch and Pay Lane, on junction with Julian Road, is completely blocked with old leaf debris.

  • I don't think the drain has been cleared, it doesn't look any different and still looks blocked with leaf debris.
