I live on this road and do not want to loose any of the trees that line it. I would like to be updated of any action that BCC takes.

In what way are contractors going to 'rectify' this? If there is any action taken that affects the trees in this road the residents should ALL be notified.

I was emailed by the BCC Highways Department on the 22nd Nov stating that: "Our contractors are to rectify the issue by making safe any damage to the footway (ie the cracks) No works to the trees themselves will be carried out by the Highways department." - and yet on the same day I received a note through my door (see attached) that refers to another company who will be carrying out 'essential tree work'. Is this a coincidence?
