Low sand level and exposed foundations

The sand level in the park has fallen very low. This is exposing the concrete pad where the digger should be attached which is also missing. The bottoms of the poles for the climbing frame are also exposed. This is causing a hazard as a child could cause serious damage to themselves if they fall onto the solid concrete or the sharper edges of the metal climbing frame foundations.
