Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9214887.

This van has been reported many times , over many months under the report ref. No. 8569928. Now the report has been closed. Why has it been closed and by whom? How is this allowed to happen without any comment or explanation by anyone. What sort of service is this being offered to Bristol council tax payers? It just seems so thoughtless that someone from the council cannot take a couple of minutes to explain why no action has been taken. Even if the answer is not what we all want to hear, at least we would have an idea that the problem has been acknowledged. Are council staff that busy that they cannot do this? Please give a short response. THANK YOU!!!
