Blocked pavement by no 58

Port a loo been placed on the pavement for works for a property - 57 Langton park, however this has now been moved from the road - where it was blocking parking - and now its blocking the whole pavement. Issue has been there for nearly 2 weeks now. Means people have to walk in the road with buggies and wheelchairs.
