Damage to pavement caused by Travis Perkins Delivery Lorry about 10 weeks ago - Hole repaired but surface allegedly still uneven. Home owner 26 asking Travis Perkins to apply for a license to rectify. Please contact as customer is persistent.

Still incomplete and creating a trip hazard. Council started to removed tarmac and realised they were unable to repair. Currently covered with a sheet of timber and a cone.

See Photo attached, as left by engineers carrying out works. Timber sheet and cone placed above hole.
I would suggest urgent action is required.
