Berkeley Road resident blocking road with traffic cones & recycling bins

A resident in Berkeley Road BS6 7PH persistently blocks the road with traffic cones & recycling bins when they go out in their car such that they can always park their car outside their terrace house (which does not have any specific parking). This has been going on for months to years. It is highly irritating for all other residents in the road. It has previously been reported here in January 2026.
