Large piece of pavement missing and rising, constituting a serious trip hazard a neighbour has fallen using.

There was some utility work carried out on this part of the street, and the pavement was left in this state which is a trip hazard.

A neighbour hurt herself tripping on this, and yesterday I personally rolled my ankle on the same hole when exiting a car.
