The hedgerow around the property located on Lyndale Avenue at the corner to Hawlyn Close is overgrown and is blocking use of the pavement for wheelchairs and pushchairs. This is a busy area near a school, where pavement use and traffic is high simultaneously. This unnecessary puts families at risk.
