Wire on climbing frame bridge fraying

The wire that keeps the bridge attached on the main climbing frame in the playground is fraying significantly on one side. I noticed it today but don't know how long it's been like that.

This issue has been temporarily repaired to make the site safe pending further investigation or future repairs.
