No entry for cyclists

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9283418.

This road is being used by cyclists entering from the no entry end, cyclists say that this is exempt for cyclist, but there is no exemption sign up here for cyclists, is this correct? can anything done? resident has had near misses with cyclists coming around this corner a few times.
