Damaged and uneven footpath

Damage to the footpath resulted in a bad fall which caused a head injury inclusive of black eye, severely bruised and grazed left knee and ankle injury resulting in the need to wear a boot for possible avulsion fracture to right ankle. Pictures available on request.
