Screws sticking out of the walkway/roundabout in the park.

It looks as if someone has removed planks of wood from this area as they have been thrown around the park. The roundabout/wooden walkway in the middle of the park has many large screws sticking up. This caused my son to fall off his bike- thankfully he didn’t land on them. I’ve only just noticed it today.
