Large number of bushes, brambles and nettles that has to be cut back constantly and encroaches on our back garden and next door. Rats seen that are likely nesting in there. Have a 9 year old son. This is a perennial problem and takes up out time and money to sort out - it is coming from council land. Please could something be done about it once and for all? Thanks.
