Risk of injury: 10" X 15" X 2" depression in pavement surface.

This pothole/depression has been widening and deepening over past few months. It is now sufficient for unaware person to severely twist ankle and fall. Suspect damage due to subsidence from water piping replacement.
Defect is on pavement opposite 15 Ivywell Rd. as marked on map.
