This is an ongoing problem and the pile is getting bigger. RUBBLE, CEMENT BAGS BROKEN WHEELBARROW, BAGS ETC ETC. THIS IS COUNCIL OWNED LAND PROVIDING ACCESS TO ALLOTMENTS. when a car is parked at gates access is difficult particularly for older users of allotments
