50 foot of road where the top layer has gone

Myself and other people have been reporting this issue for years and we keep being told that it is not urgent. This is not true. The top surface of the road has gone for around 50 foot, particularly on the side heading north. It is like a rumble strip for bikes. I dread cycling on this every day but have no other route. If BCC really care about cyclists then fix this. it may be ok for cars but it is very dangerous for cyclists.

No good for cars either. Another person about this issue. That doesn't get fixed .Known locally as the Cattle grid.
