Car with two windows broken

Silver car with two windows broken (no MOT since March). Still taxed so I suppose still legally allowed to be there...? I was mostly just hoping that member of the cleansing team could come and clear the glass up. Lots of dogs and kids use that pavement.

A neighbour saw some police looking at the car on Saturday afternoon, so I'm hoping they have at least reported the glass to you, but reporting here just in case they didn't.
