Subsidence/road "breaking up"

Several areas in h.p. ave require attention, as follows - outside community centre/school, no's 77, 73, 41-43 (x2) and 28-32. five areas in total, although other areas in this road are in poor repair.

  • Concrete road subsided outside No 96 Headley Park Avenue (BS13 7NW) from kerbside to the middle of road. The deepest point is several inches below road level and causes a "severe jolt" each time traffic crosses the area.

  • Further to previous report in December, the road has deteriorated as the tarmac filling, in the lowest point at the centre of the road, is now "breaking up". Area is becoming more of a hazard, especially for cyclists.
