Pavement was filled after works to replace power cables and repair my internet cable that was cut but the very top coat of tarmac wasn't whacked down so an area seen between the red lines is left loose so is now an inch deeper that the properly finished pavement.

The last team that were filling the pavement didn't come and finish the small area outside my house. This has been left for about 3 weeks now and all repairs are now complete and no work is going on so someone needs to come back and finish.
