1.5 inch deep strip of pavement dropped

There is at least a 1.5 inch drop in the pavement the whole length of the driveway outside numbers 25 and 29 Knole lane. As a person that walks with a stick I recently had a bad fall in this area resulting in needing to be helped up and taken to a and e as I was unable to weight bear. I was diagnosed with soft tissue damage but it could have been worse if I was more frail.
