Sent to Bristol City Council 36 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9433728.

I find it very strange that you have rendered the above ref. as Closed, when the work has not been done, and the defect not rectified.

Could you Please explain, I am still mystified as to why the two reported defects, which are right next to each other!, were not addressed and repaired at the same time, surely that would have saved the tax payer some money.
