Cherry tree too big - lifting slabs

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9437363.

Cherry tree branches are low - touching the house and lifting up the pavement. The tree has grown considerably since it was planted a few years ago. It needs pruning asap and someone tripped over the slabs recently- again caused by the tree - please can it be pruned back?
