Bushes cut down and left blocking footpath

Large bushes have been cut down by what looked like travellers. They were just left on the public footpath blocking the walk way. Our WhatsApp neighbour have tried to clean the path and kerb area but there is to much. We have decided to reach out to the council to sort the problem. Than you
