Car hasn’t been touched or moved in 8 years!

I’ve reported this car on a few occasions over the past 8 years. Last reported Feb 2026 along with photos of green furry mould everywhere inside of car. Serious heath hazard!! Car hasn’t been touched or moved in 8 years. All tyres are rotten and flat. It’s parked on fane close. I have asked the owner several times to remove it as it a heath hazard with the amount of green mould completely covering the interior. You would need a hazmat suit to open the door, it’s that dangerous!! I’ve reported this to police and council several times but nothing is being done. I’ve never had a response from council, housing officer or estate management. This really is the last time reporting this. I will hire a tow truck and get it removed if nothing is done about it.
