Faded double yellow lines

The double yellow lines opposite my house on the corner have faded away and you can hardly see them. Cars park on the pavement opposite my house as well right opposite my neighbours car which makes getting out of my driveway to turn right is impossible. The double yellow lines need replacing and extending further up the road so I am not obstructed from getting out of my driveway
