Proposed new Clifton bus stop for bus service 8

Reported in the Bus stops category by Duncan Ogilvie at 11:48, Mon 9 January 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later

Bus service 8 from Temple Meads and the Centre is vital for the thousands of visitors to the Suspension Bridge.

Service 8 has two days ago been publicised as soon to not stop on Christchurch Green (reasonably close to the Suspension Bridge) but at a new bus stop somewhere on the road called Clifton Park.

We suggest that the new bus stop should be on the west side (Clifton Gorge side) of Clifton Park's junction with Clifton Park Road to be as close as possible to the Suspension Bridge.

Thank you.
