Dead rat/rubbish and rubbish on street

There's been a few dead animals on the path in the park part of Lynwood Park. A mouse and a bird. There's a lot of rubbish in the green part of Lynwood Park and a lot of people use the space. A lot of people! There is a large amount of people in Lynwood Park for the size of the green area and it doesn't seem to get litter picked at all since i moved here. Thank you
