Large amount of chippings in road

There is a substantial amount of chippings left in the road after the top dressing done a few months ago. This was not cleared as it should have been, after the work. Net result - the chippings all over centre of the road at the junction of Stoke Hill and Kewstoke Rd likely to cause skidding and an accident.
