Speeding vechiles. On 17.1.17 between 09:00 & 09:15 i counted 147 vechicles and the vast majority lit up your new 20mph sign. This is proving in effective and we have has 1 child killed on this road already. We need either for a start as you mean to go on aproavh and instal a speed camera or have a mobile unit stationed there to start issuing fines. We even had a speeding double decker bus go down hete as volumes are unbeArable but if they are ignoring your Blackpool illumination to you have to put in place now plan B before someone gets hurt or killed.

Speeding vehicles and volume eg 147 vehicles in 15mins is unacceptable but add the speeding on top of that it is a liability. Put in place your plan B urgently. Even our homes shake with the size speed and volume of the traffic which I am sure you would agree is unacceptable.

I agree with the person above. I am on Novers Lane - joint with Novers Hill - and the amount of car's speeding is already an issue. Now, with the new diversion form Hartcliffe Way, there are more cars doing it. Some kind of traffic calming should be introduced especially where I am near the school. It's simply dangerously!

I am a resident on Novers Hill and have repeatedly raised concerns over the speed of traffic travelling up and down Novers Hill. Please can we have some traffic calming/slowing systems in place in this area.
As a cyclist I would also like to confirm the issues raised regarding the pot holes and road markings at the bottom of Novers. Cyclist have to move out into the road to avoid the pot holes and are frequently met by oncoming traffic which is on the wrong side of the road as it's travelling to fast to take the corner properly.
