Small crack in road near drain gully

Yesterday I noticed a small crack 30 cm long 5 cm wide and 30 cm deep adjacent a drain gully [this may be the start of a collapse of the drain pit] the location is opposite 207 Manor Road and outside entrance to the old Manor Park Hospital.
