Various rubbish dumped covered in flies

Lots of rubbish has been dumped in the lane outside the entrance to Plummers hill allotment, it’s now attracting flies and starting to smell. It’s a popular route for dog walkers and in the lane blocking walk through

    More rubbish has been dumped here including broken glass and a large mat. It is blocking the entire walk way now and making it inaccessible for children walking to and from Summerhill school as well as dog walkers and allotment owners. It smells and is covered in flies, its disgusting and dangerous due to broken glass, especially for children and dogs
