Dog waste bin not working correctly

I WILL KEEP REPORTING THIS UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

The dog waste bin doesn't work correctly as it is leaning forward which means that when you put a bag in it and close the flap it doesn't fall into the bin itself and just fills up the flap.

The bin therefore is constantly overflowing and you have dog waste bags on the ground which is disgusting and unhealthy.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES AND NOBODY FIXES IT.
